As a licensed builder in the Birmingham area since 1980, and a member of the Birmingham Association of Homebuilders, Bob has built two Cooking Light idea houses and his work has been featured in multiple periodicals including Southern Living Magazine, Birmingham Home and Garden, and Cottage Journal.

Bob Hastings has been with The Preserve since its beginning and was selected to build the Live/Work Building in the heart of the Town Center. Boby's love of historical details is reflected in more than the 50 homes, including his personal residence, he has built in The Preserve.
